If you're the owner of an existing Organization, you can add new member to that group. That user must already have an account on the Kodexa platform, and you will need his/her email address in order to complete the addition.
Click on the "Members" link in the left navigation bar, and then click the blue "+" button in the lower left area of the screen.
When prompted, enter the new member's email address and assign a role. Again, this member must already have an account on the Kodexa platform.
The new member will receive an email with the remaining signup instructions.
