Manage Access Tokens

Access tokens are necessary to execute actions on the platform.

Creating an Access Token

Click on the "Tokens" item in the left hand menu. Then, click the blue "+" icon in the lower right corner of the page.

Enter a name for the token, then press "Create".

You can now use the generated token value when making calls to the Kodexa platform.

Changing the name of an Access Token

You can update the name of your access token on the Access Tokens screen. Click the "Tokens" left navigation link in the menu to view the list of tokens belonging to your organization. Find the token you'd like to alter, and click the pencil icon on the far right side of the row. The "Edit Access Token" modal will appear where you can enter the new name and save it by clicking "Update".

Deleting an Access Token

Your organization must have at least one access token. If there are access tokens you'd like to delete, you can do so on the Access Tokens screen. Click the "Tokens" left navigation link in the menu to view the list of tokens belonging to your organization. Find the token you'd like to delete, and click the trashcan icon on the far right side of the row. You'll be prompted with a "Confirm Delete" modal - click the "Delete" button to finalize the deletion.
